We are looking for a Manager, Business Technology to lead our newly formed Business Technology team. Our business technology systems contribute to our overall success as a company, and this team will be responsible for ensuring the performance and sustainability of our business systems long-term. Through innovation and simplicity, you will play a crucial role in enabling our customers and partners to operate efficiently with our internal teams as we continue to scale across the globe.
This role will require you to be hands-on while building a team as our systems and processes become more mature.
About the role
- Location: San Francisco HQ or US remote
- Full-time
As a Manager, Business Technology, you’ll:
- Own our G&A (Finance, Legal, and People) tech stack and drive continuous improvement through innovation and simplicity
- Help build and maintain x-functional relationships between IT, our internal teams, and external vendors to define best practices and support the technical needs of our business tech stack
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our G&A tech stack (e.g. Sapling, Workday, NetSuite, Paylocity, Papaya, Greenhouse)
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously optimize and build our G&A tech stack
- Create, maintain, and drive engagement with knowledge articles, videos, and trainings to empower Webflowers with technology best practices

And this isn’t just a philosophical bent: we actually give you 4 hours a week (10% of the work week) to tackle passion projects outside of your role responsibilities.

- Enjoy being hands-on across a business tech stack to solve complex technical problems, when necessary
