Minted is seeking a talented and passionate Manager of Supply Chain to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for assisting senior management in developing and executing manufacturing and supply chain strategies for our core stationery business and managing partners/suppliers in our manufacturing
network. The position will be accountable for scaling our manufacturing network to support aggressive growth plans, ensuring we delight our customers with high quality products and services, introducing exciting and innovative new products in concert with other Minted functions, and achieving manufacturing and shipping cost goals. He/She will enjoy ‘rolling up his/her sleeves’ to deliver results resourcefully with a terrific team. This position reports to our Senior Manager of Supply Chain.

You will:
- Partner with management on the development and execution of manufacturing and overall supply chain strategies to achieve growth, customer satisfaction, manufacturing capability and profitability goals.
- Develop forecasts and work with existing and new partners and suppliers to support the forecasts to ensure high quality and on-time delivery of customer orders. Evaluate and add new partners to manufacturing network as needed.
- Deliver best in class product quality by meticulously analyzing all customer feedback, identifying the areas needing the most improvement to drive customer satisfaction and retention and managing quality improvement action plans within Minted and our manufacturing locations.
- Work closely with Customer Service to reduce customer dissatisfaction issues and contacts. Drive a blind order test process to support quality analysis and develop action plans with manufacturing partners as necessary.
- Plan for and manage new product introductions and other changes at partners, including changes to systems API’s, testing and packaging.
- Identify opportunities to achieve cost goals and drive projects to meet those goals, including purchasing strategy and supplier negotiations. Review and approve invoices. Maintain the product and geographical order routing logic to improve customer experience and reduce costs.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define requirements for new systems functions to drive customer satisfaction and cost improvements, as well as scaling projects for Q4.
- Manage the purchasing and inventory for selected bill of materials, finished goods and packaging and cultivate a supplier base for our needs.

You are:
- Passionate and care deeply about delighting the Minted customer.
- Very skilled at project management, have the ability to work cross functionally and outside the organization, and have a track record of achieving the results expected.
- Extremely detailed and process oriented.
- Adept at developing forecasts, cost models, capacity plans and dissecting customer feedback to drive decision making, measuring performance of the manufacturing network, and identifying the opportunities to drive improvement.
- An expert with Excel and reporting tools like Looker.
- Known for your excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to work as a team with other Minted functions and operations partners.
- Transparent and openly share information.
- Experienced with working with employees at all levels of a company.
- Articulate and persuasive while able to listen and incorporate the perspectives of others.
- Dedicated to ensure every customer has a great experience with Minted, which involves working with cross-functional teams and sometimes making fast decisions and executing tasks quickly.
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, commercial printing, or e-commerce.
- A Bachelor’s degree
