Join our community! We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to help build and manage the marketing process of bringing Bungalow’s new inventory to market quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be an incredible project manager with an interest in a career in Marketing, highly organized, a methodical thinker able to demonstrate the ability to execute processes across cross-functional teams, own key business metrics, and contribute meaningfully to the marketing and sales process of individual properties. The role ultimately succeeds by delivering value to the organization in the form of optimizing and executing on marketing, sales, and revenue optimization processes.


This person should have experience managing projects as well as working independently and effectively manage cross-functional partner teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, is data-obsessed, and follows trends within advertising and media. Remote work experience is an asset. This role reports directly to the Head of Demand Growth and interfaces with counterparts on the marketing growth, and sales teams.

What you'll do:

  • Own room and property marketability process, including producing & collecting marketing assets like copy, 3D video scans, and property imagery
  • Manage property marketing quality on third-party listing sites
  • Coordinate room and property marketability with renovation and supply acquisition team to ensure fast time-to-market
  • Iterate and improve processes to improve property time-to-market
  • Identify underperforming inventory and work with Growth, Pricing, and Sales team to take action to improve marketability
  • Identify opportunities to better market individual rooms and properties, as well as room and property inventory in particular markets

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of experience within digital marketing and/or project management functions in an agency, startup, or corporation
  • You have a proven track record of successful management of projects in a digital setting
  • You have experience being held accountable for and prioritizing projects based on KPIs 
  • You demonstrate the ability to apply analysis to influence business decisions and drive performance.
  • You are an independent doer with the ability to develop and execute on project plans
  • You are highly collaborative and have the ability to work as part of a team.
  • You thrive in ambiguity. A fast-paced, constantly changing, startup environment is for you.
  • You have a winning mindset. You take ownership and do what it takes to win, no matter what.
  • College degree is an asset, but ability to demonstrate and validate past successes more important
