 Impact in this Role

Fictiv is looking for a marketer with a passion for digital campaign execution, management, and analysis. In this role you’ll partner with other members of the marketing team to bring campaigns and content to life across our digital channels. You'll help to build and execute on our digital marketing playbook to amplify the Fictiv brand and drive high quality leads for our sales team. You have an eagerness to learn, are a self-starter, and can thrive on a fast-paced, growing team.


You will report to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns that align with larger team and company objectives
  • Tracking, analyzing, and establishing success metrics  to measure the impact of digital campaigns
  • Continuous optimization of our digital campaigns through A/B testingIdentifying the right audience and channels for targeting based on larger campaign initiatives
  • Analyzing audience trends and conducting competitive analysis to make sure we’re staying ahead of the curve and leveraging the right channels
  • Establishing the right user journeys from ad to conversion


Desired traits

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, B2B preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using tools including Google Analytics, Sprout Social (or similar), Marketo, and Salesforce to measure campaign performance
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns through social platforms, adwords, display, and media channels
  • An understanding of the manufacturing industry or a willingness to learn
  • A strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work with ambiguity
  • A team player who can work in close collaboration with other members of the team and has experience in stakeholder management
