About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and launching campaigns that drive awareness and leads through digital tactics including email, ads, social media and events. The ideal candidate can transition between goal setting, execution, and cross-functional coordination across all levels. - Develop and execute demand generation and community building campaigns across various channels (email, website, social, paid media, events) that inspire and enable game developers to sign up and use our free Developer Tier
- Understand where game developers (or equivalent) go to find information and how they network.
- Support the development of marketing assets, collateral, client case studies and other campaign materials for our lead generation efforts and events.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products and the buyer's journey
- Configure and build campaigns and execute A/B tests to increase success rates.
- Measure, analyze, report and evaluate campaign performance and fine-tune to increase conversion rates
About you:
- 3+ years experience in demand generation, digital marketing or paid media; B2B required
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (verbal, written) skills and and quantitative/data-driven analytical skills
- Deep experience developing, executing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels, including email, Google AdWords (Search and Display), and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Twitter)
- Experience implementing enterprise-level account based marketing (ABM) programs a plus
- Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels - collaborating with external partners, sales teams and other internal cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer's journey
- Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools and analytic platforms such as Wordpress (or equivalent), Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and Google Analytics
- Experience with website and landing page best practices, including SEO, UX, and testing/optimization methodologies to maximize conversions
- Hands-on experience with lead reporting, and analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
