Minted is seeking a UX Designer to join the multidisciplinary UX team responsible for our digital experience across web and app. The UX team partners extensively with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Product Marketing, Brand and Creative teams to support the Product organization's roadmap and define Minted’s future capabilities. We approach each project as an opportunity to exceed our customer and artist expectations—designing the right experiences, at the right time, the right way.
You will:
- Research, prototype, test, and implement new features, products, and experiences
- Build an understanding of how each individual or small UX choice ladders up to our vision for the Minted customer journey
- Work cross-functionally with partners to recommend, adjust, and implement design solutions
- Hone your instincts around mobile-first and responsive design
- Build trust and influence for the UX team across the organization
- Participate in retros and reviews of the team’s work
