<p>We're looking for an <strong>Operations Manager </strong>who will be responsible for the cross-functional planning and execution of new assay launches within our Genomics business, primarily focused on oncology.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Opportunity to lead operational excellence within a large cross-functional team</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and launch of a portfolio of projects, including new laboratory developed tests (LDTs) and new operational workflows</li>
<li>Collaborate with leaders across a variety of disciplines (Clinical Lab, Medical Affairs, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing) to implement new features and assay launches for our Oncology business</li>
<li>Own stakeholder communication, expectations management, timelines, and the end-to-end project plan for assay development</li>
<li>Propose and build new workflows to solve problems and support operational needs within the internal operations, lab and medical teams</li>
<li>Identify, design, and implement continuous improvements to our assay launch playbook; maintain a strong feedback loop so that each subsequent launch is more successful than the last</li>
<li>Role may eventually include direct supervisor responsibilities</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of operating experience including scaling teams and a track record of exceeding KPIs</li>
<li>Previous project management experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible and resilient with the ability to execute on changing business priorities</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple projects at the same time</li>
<li>Driven to identify problems as they arise and manage solutions</li>
<li>Demonstrates the ability to foster growth in people and teams</li>
<li>Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plans</li>
<li>Ability to tailor communication based on the needs of cross-functional teams and business leaders</li>
<li>Keen eye for understanding business need and relative prioritization across projects</li>
