HOVER is looking for an innovative leader who can manage and continue to develop a team that is bringing transformative technology to the Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) market, our largest vertical. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strategies, implement processes and workstreams, identify quantifiable metrics to promote activities and motions that will deliver on our desired outcomes. The enablement team will have responsibility to support existing accounts as well as grow significant wallet share through expansion of HOVER platform solutions. Additionally, the team heavily  participates in pilots and formal implementations with new logos.  Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has a strong leadership philosophy to build and develop a team of dynamic enablement representatives who contribute to a critical revenue stream for HOVER.

You will contribute by: 

As a Director for the Customer Enablement division, you will maintain a standard of excellence across the team’s approach, motions, and workstreams to ensure our customers and prospects are provided with an exceptional experience; such as delivering platform product knowledge, best practices to our users, and helping to optimize customers’ performance and efficiency gains through use of HOVER.  Your team’s objective will be to gain and maintain strong adoption and consumption of the technology across the entire organization; management down to individual contributors. You will also work closely and strategically with sales leadership, account managers & executives to ensure account goals and prescribed approaches to key activities and methodologies are in alignment.

Your background includes:  

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role with a track record of success and promotions and/or 5+ years of experience leading enablement preferably with a consumption-based model.
  • 5+ years in Software/SaaS businesses preferably selling complex solutions 
  • 2+ years managing a growing a team of top performing contributors
  • Proven track record of leading a team of sales reps to exceed goals 
  • Strong people management, coaching, development and development experience 
  • Strong prioritization, territory planning, and team-selling experience
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • Experience in the insurance technology, home improvement contracting, construction, or building material space are bonuses
