ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PAX is seeking an Order Management Representative to support our fast-growing operations with experiences in a relevant field, such as sales, sales operations, or customer support. This candidate must be an excellent communicator, comfortable working with our customers and partners to facilitate a smooth sales process. Additionally, this person will work extensively with PAX Sales & Commercial, Finance / Accounting, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional peers. 

As the PAX Order Management-Account Services Specialist, you will:

  • On a daily basis, you will support Pax’s internal and external customers by:
    • Perform order fulfillment activities of all eligible Pax Products.
    • Review customer accounts for accuracy and completeness to ensure customer requests and changes are processed correctly
    • Ensure all customers, distributors, and partners are up-to-date with compliance documentation
    • Facilitate dispensary, distributor, and partner support and order fulfillment on a daily basis using available resources and tools
    • Complete and manage daily global operational account activities (creation, maintenance, troubleshooting) in systems of record for all customers, distributors, and partners
    • Provide cross-functional support when necessary (shipment support and tracking, RMAs,  open/past due invoice collection)

  • Possess the ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment; ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a full understanding of an area of specialization. 
  • Communicate effectively and positively under challenging circumstances.
  • Be flexible, listen, assess, and re-prioritize daily as the work may fluctuate between quick resolution or lengthy negotiation
  • Use a curious mindset to think critically, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems
  • Promote internal and external adoption of our B2B sales portal, facilitate the onboarding and training of our customers for the best possible user experience
  • Ensure all new accounts uploaded to SFDC/SOR
  • Work closely with Global Supply Chain to ensure partner product availability/shipping requirements
  • Utilize CRM, ERP, and Business Tools as part of daily activities
  • Influence PAX’s business tool requirements to effectively drive continuous improvement and automation of PAX processes and systems
  • Ability to work independently on required projects as well as collaboratively with other teams

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 3+ years experience in a related sales, customer service, or order fulfillment field (finance, business analytics, sales operations, etc.)
  • Functional experience using SalesForce.com or other CRM systems
  • The ability to work effectively with Excel (formulas) and Google Suite is key
  • Understanding of Cannabis industry compliance requirements nice to have
  • Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • A proactive, positive individual with attention to detail and comfortable multi-tasking on a daily basis
  • Process-oriented and makes data-driven sound decisions 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
