BASE SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD // $65,000 - $90,000 USD

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, strong data analysis skills, and a passion for driving profitable growth through paid media strategies.

Job Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget and achieve desired outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for driving growth and innovation
  • Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment
