**This is a contract position** 
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Treat clients in your state(s) of licensure </li>
<li>Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients</li>
<li>Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed</li>
</ul>
About you:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">You must have either an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license or a Nurse Practitioner (NP) license 2+ years psychiatry experience</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">If your state requires a supervising/collaborating physician, you will need to provide your own</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Active DEA number</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Individual NPI number</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Reliable internet connection</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate</li>
