We work with homeowners across the US to take the hassle out of property management and maximize what they earn so we can provide renters with the best homes the market has to offer.
And we know it can be challenging living with roommates, but we believe it’s worth it. We’re removing the hassle from moving and everyday living, and providing an affordable product that helps people live in the cities where they have better access to opportunity.

What you'll do:
- Lead and collaborate on new pricing and revenue initiatives. You’ll work with Product, Data Science, Analytics on iterating and testing on new pricing algorithms. We believe in testing fast and often for continual improvement.
- Storytelling with data. You love diving into the weeds and translating the stories beyond the data and translating into consumable bits. You’ll work with marketing, sales and product teams on sharing insights and communicating value.
- Turn data into insights into impact. You’ll dive deep into data to execute your projects. You’ll identify, analyze, and synthesize the numbers you’ll need to hit the numbers we need.
- Develop and own end to end strategies. You’ll own the entire strategy-setting process – from development, to testing and iteration, all the way to execution and measuring your results.
- Build and optimize processes and systems for 10x scale. You’ll help build efficiencies into our teams, processes, and systems to unlock Bungalow’s next phase of hyper-growth.
Who you are:

- You thrive in ambiguity. You love a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. You seamlessly prioritize competing priorities and tasks toward maximum impact.
- You are deeply analytical. You make your arguments using data and have strong expertise with spreadsheets and financial and operational modeling. Your first thoughts on new ideas are “What does the data tell us?”
- You write and communicate exceptionally. You know how to craft a compelling narrative and how to tailor the right message to the right audience.
- You influence. You build consensus among stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment. You lead by example, motivate others to go above and beyond, and impact the culture for good no matter the team you are on
- You are a great teammate. Your peers and managers are thrilled to partner with you.
- You simplify instinctually. You constantly push for clarity. It’s in your nature to understand every detail of a process and remove or automate unnecessary steps.
- You’ve had a few reps, but are eager to grow. You have 3+ years experience at a top-tier management consultancy, investment bank, or experience in business strategy, analytics or other relevant role at a high-growth startup.
- Nice to have:
- SQL experience
- Experience with R or other statistical analysis tools
