We believe talent knows no borders, and we’ve built the platform that proves it. Our world-class EOR, COR and Global Payroll products are helping businesses around the world seize the global hiring opportunity – from sales to fintech, small size to enterprise. We’re backed by renowned investors (Sequoia, DST, and Tiger Global), are led by industry-leading experts, scaling fast, and seeking brilliant like-minded enthusiasts to join our global team.

The future is borderless. Let’s build it together.

What you will be doing

Your mission is to make the Partner Platform a catalyst for Multiplier’s growth by defining and owning the complete partner experience, from discovery through integration, launch, and ongoing post-launch success. This role sets the roadmap for all partner products, including embedded solutions and SDKs, public APIs, and white-label experiences — ensuring partners have predictable, reliable, and scalable workflows to build with Multiplier.

Operate at the intersection of strategy, technical depth, and market impact:

• Shape how the world builds on Multiplier for global employment

• Identify and remove the highest-leverage friction in partner workflows

• Drive cross-org alignment (Eng, Design, GTM, Partnerships, Legal, Compliance)

• Represent the partner voice at the executive table

• Build the playbooks, standards, and best practices that define how partners successfully build with Multiplier

You will deepen our understanding of partner workflows, identify where the platform needs to evolve, and translate those insights into capabilities that improve partner adoption, integration quality, and long-term ecosystem growth.

What we are looking for

  • A builder with a strong execution bias. You have taken partner integrations from zero to one and scaled them, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum in ambiguous spaces.

  • Someone who understands partner integrations as end-to-end value drivers, not just technical connectors. You know how integrations unlock revenue, reduce friction, strengthen partner relationships, and expand ecosystem leverage.

  • Deep experience with API, SDK, and white label solutions, including the commercial, operational, compliance, and lifecycle implications.

  • A player coach who can dive into flows and edge cases while guiding engineering, partnerships, and operations toward best practices and experiences that deliver real value to partners and end users. You are comfortable moving between details and strategy without losing momentum.

  • Experience evaluating and shaping a partner ecosystem, including understanding which partners to prioritize and where platform investments create the most leverage.

Why Multiplier:

  • Energetic & extremely collaborative team.

  • Flexible vacation.

  • Flexible work times.

  • Work from anywhere.

  • Equipment you need to do your job

  • Health Insurance

  • Attractive ESOPs

Equal Employment Opportunity :

Multiplier is an equal opportunity employer: We value diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Please note that this job description is a general overview and responsibilities may evolve as the company grows and adapts to changing market conditions
