Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
On our team, you will have the opportunity to work on next-generation and new product development projects, directly contributing to the advancement of aviation technology in the Airborne Traffic, Collision Avoidance & Surveillance Avionics space. You will have ownership for systems engineering development at every aspect of the systems life cycle.
Lead customer interactions and ensure timely and successful delivery of programs within scope and budget.
Systems/software requirements development, validation, integration or verification.
Work across disciplines, collaborating with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems engineering.
Oversee the integration and testing of complex systems, ensuring that they meet performance and quality standards
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors or Masters in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of experience working in various application areas supporting Avionics functions, Navigation and Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS-B, DME, UAT).
Adept in systems integration of complex systems, systems test procedures and reviews.
Ability to manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively
