As Product Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to execute the roadmap for digital authentication of customer identity. You will work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, improve existing features and track key performance metrics. We’re looking for strong entrepreneurial product managers who have a knack for data analytics, can think big, and execute on a vision.

What you'll be doing

  • Implement the product roadmap for Login and Authentication at Varo, optimizing for operational excellence, account security, and improving the overall customer experience 
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams to create optimal authentication solutions, e.g., Growth, Operations, Customer Support, Risk and Data Analytics 
  • Utilize data to monitor product performance, understand the “why” of your domain, and propose improvements and new features
  • Manage product and feature launches with stakeholders across the business to ensure your features land seamlessly with customers and colleagues 
  • Become the go-to subject matter expert for all things Digital Identity at Varo

You'll bring the following required skills and experiences

  • Deliver best in class solutions for customer-facing login, multifactor authentication, and account security
  • You are comfortable with extracting, consuming, and analyzing vast amounts of data to improve both your product’s performance and the customers’ experience
  • Ability to understand the technical details of your domain, but can also clearly articulate that information into coherent user stories 
  • You approach problems and products with an “owner’s mentality” and are excited to investigate, analyze, and debug to get to the root cause of an issue
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus 
  • Prior technical experience preferably with SQL or other data analytics tools is strongly preferred
