What We’re Looking For:

Skillz is looking for a Localization Product Manager to expand the customer experience for the Skillz platform across the globe. We are seeking an experienced, creative, self-starting Product Manager to define and manage new features for our global product initiatives. Localization will be a key component of the initiatives that you own and manage from conception to launch. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an analytical problem solver, a great communicator, and comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. You also need to be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in different geographies and at all levels (Design, Marketing, Legal, Operations). 


What You’ll Do: 

  • Own the tactical execution of the product vision 
  • Manage the day-today design, development direction  
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority 

Your Skillz:

  • 3-5 years experience in product management or project management ideally working with global teams 
  • Product feature experience in APAC, EMEA or LATAM regions 
  • Knowledge of localization workflows 
  • End-to-end product development and delivery experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Mobile applications, consumer facing products. or platform experience
  • Familiarity with non-English languages 
  • Experience with SQL 
  • Agile Methodology familiarity  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-Currency experience 
  • In depth cultural experience outside of personal background
