The Role:


We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. This role will have a focus on building exceptional products for our clients as well as internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Implementations, and Client Success teams to launch and iterate on innovative ideas to enable our rapid growth. Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery of product initiatives from end to end.
  • Be the voice of the customers and clients to understand their product and process needs.
  • Lead data analysis and discovery to create comprehensive business cases that inform product improvements.
  • Be a key player in helping us exceed our revenue and retention goals.
  • Define core product metrics to measure success with an emphasis on accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with our internal engineering, client success, implementations, and UX teams to ship new, dynamic features, and improve upon existing ones.
  • Prioritize feature requests, guiding the team in making intelligent and pragmatic trade-offs.
  • Investigate and propose key areas of product investment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Product Management Proven track record of managing successful launches
  • Advanced analytical skills and a sharp eye for process improvement
  • A goal-driven and detail-oriented approach to product management
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally and navigating stakeholder management
  • A passion for innovation and a mind for creative problem-solving
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Focus on rapid and continuous product improvement with an emphasis on quality and scalability

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience working in FinTech 
  • Understanding of B2B products and companies
  • Previous experience building high quality client integrations
