Project Overview:

Identity Digital Innovation Labs (IDIL) is building DNSid — the foundational identity layer for the agentic internet. As AI agents become autonomous participants across enterprises, clouds and the public internet, DNSid gives every agent a persistent identity that can be verified wherever the agent operates.

We're looking for a founding Product Marketing leader to define how the market understands AI Agent Identity. This role owns the commercial narrative for DNSid including positioning, personas, product launches and sales enablement. You'll translate complex technical innovation into compelling customer and market value, enabling our commercial team, ecosystem partners and developer community to accelerate adoption.

This role reports to the General Manager with a close partnership with the Commercial Lead of Identity Digital Innovation Labs.

Scope of Services

Product Strategy & Positioning

  • Own positioning and messaging for DNSid and future Innovation Labs offerings
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas, ICPs and buying journeys
  • Create differentiated, customer-centric messaging across enterprise, developer and ecosystem audiences
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis

Commercial Enablement

  • Develop sales enablement content, customer presentations and solution briefs
  • Support pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy
  • Create customer stories, design partner case studies and proof points
  • Partner with Business Development on strategic customer engagements

Product Launches

  • Lead product launch planning across Product, Engineering and Marketing
  • Ensure consistent messaging across every customer touchpoint
  • Translate roadmap priorities into external communications

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Developer Relations, and Communications
  • Capture customer insights and feed market requirements back into Product

Success Expectations

  • Establish and operationalize a clear positioning, messaging, persona, and ICP framework for DNSid across enterprise, developer, and ecosystem audiences
  • Build the core commercial enablement library, including customer presentations, use-case briefs, FAQs, competitive guidance, and partner materials
  • Create and implement a customer-centric, repeatable product launch process for all priority releases and announcements
  • Develop market-ready use cases and vertical narratives that improve the quality and consistency of customer and partner engagements
  • Establish a structured customer and competitive insights program that informs Product, Engineering, pricing, packaging, and GTM decisions
  • Deliver credible customer or partner proof points and help improve conversion across agreed stages of the commercial funnel

Who You Are / What You Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or Strategic Marketing for B2B technology companies
  • Demonstrated success bringing complex technical products from 0 - 1, ideally in AI, cloud, identity, cybersecurity, developer platforms, or enterprise infrastructure
  • Ability to develop customer-at-the-center positioning, messaging, buyer personas, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that drive commercial adoption
  • Disciplined marketer that knows how to position brands around value and impact vs. functionality and features
  • Experience launching products and building sales, partner, and customer enablement programs
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical innovation into compelling business value for executives, developers, and enterprise buyers
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and executive leadership to influence strategy and roadmap
  • Highly analytical with experience gathering customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform business decisions
  • AI-native operator who leverages AI to accelerate research, content development, competitive analysis, and commercial execution
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward action, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, partner workshops, and industry events
