A Day in the Life
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation across all of our core product verticals.
- Work with Business Leaders responsible for acquisition, retention, and engagement to drive product experiment ideation and execution.
- Deeply understand the needs of our customers through quantitative and qualitative research.
- Passionately represent the voice of the customer as you build experiments in line with our product vision.
- Define and analyze metrics from A/B experiments to determine business impact.
- Prioritize features using data-driven analysis, business insights, and mature judgment.
- Develop and deliver an experimentation roadmap.
- Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisions.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products for our customers.
- Collaborate with your cross-functional team of Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content to bring product experiments to market.
- Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment
About You
- 5+ years of software Product Development experience ideally developing growth strategies for consumer-facing products, technologies, and platforms
- BS or MS in Computer Science strongly preferred
- Passionate about our mission
