The Position

We are seeking an independent, self-motivated, Program Manager, Legal to develop, improve, and maintain the work product of the Legal and Compliance departments, including overseeing legal document change management, building comprehensive employee product education, and developing and assisting with regulatory strategy. The ideal candidate is an all-around utility team player who is enthusiastic, has excellent written and oral communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple deliverables, and wants to work, support and thrive in this key position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Legal Operations Development - on a project basis, develop and organize systems for the improved delivery of legal services 
  • Customer Contract Change Management - oversee change management of program materials and contract origination platforms
  • Cross-functional Project Management - effective interface laying out internal policy and procedure across departments; align messaging to consumers and regulators with respect to our key product features
  • Provide support to risk management and compliance functions on applicable legal and regulatory matters  
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and projects as matters and our department develop

Characteristics, skills, and experience to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Big picture thinker who can see how all the pieces fit together
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Critical thinker with a passion for solving ambiguous or complex business issues
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and operate in a high-pace environment
