Minted is seeking a project manager in one of the most exciting and strategically important parts of our business: our art and design crowdsourcing operations. You will work cross-functionally with our Merchandising, Artist Relations, Merchandising Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Brand teams to help drive operational excellence, efficiency, and on-time delivery of our end-to-end crowdsourcing processes. Our artist community is the heart and soul of Minted and our crowdsourcing process is the engine that creates beautiful design and drives our revenue growth. We receive tens of thousands of entries to our design challenges every year and we launch thousands of our artists’ challenge-winning designs to our website. If you love artists, fast-paced environments, process design, organization, documentation, and implementing scalable tools, we want to hear from you.
You will:
- Lead cross-functional project management for our end-to-end crowdsourcing process.
- Build and maintain project plans, using tools to automatically keep all teams informed of status, action items, blockers, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and systems that will make our processes scalable and resilient.
- Check-in with stakeholders daily to get updates, identify project risks, discuss interdependencies.
- Develop reports and recurring cross-functional communications to keep teams aligned.
- Work with leadership to identify organizational development needs: hiring, decision making processes, training, documentation, process adherence.
You are:
- Excellent, experienced project manager
- Extremely organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Impeccable at follow-through and a clear, concise communicator
- Biased toward action, but also highly collaborative
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment, which can be uncertain and very fluid.
You have:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, working on complex cross-functional projects, preferably in a fast-paced tech company
- Project Management certifications or other formal training
- Passion for art, design, and our mission of supporting independent artists
