We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support project planning, execution, reporting, and financial tracking activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support project setup, planning, scheduling, and resource management activities.
Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and project documentation.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues to stakeholders.
Assist with project financial tracking, timesheet reviews, and invoice processing.
Ensure proper document management, project closeout, and archival activities.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of project management principles and financial tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field.
2-4 years of project coordination/project support experience preferred.
PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Shift- 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
