The Physical Therapy Operations Associate is responsible for supporting Hinge Health Physical Therapists (PTs) with patient management workflows and helping them provide care efficiently at scale. The Associate will identify patients who need PT attention and escalate them on-time using internal tools, work with patients and physicians on collecting the appropriate documentation, and support other administrative PT workflows. The Associate will also help improve the efficiency of our processes and provide recommendations on required tools to the Product team responsible for building them.

What You'll Accomplish
- Caseload Management: You support Physical Therapists with caseload management by identifying users who need support and escalate them leveraging internal tools.
- Correspondence: You regularly work with patients and their physicians to ensure we have the necessary documents (e.g., signed Rx) to provide tele-health services.
- Support: You build a strong working relationship with our Physical Therapists and support them with the summaries and reports they need to provide care at scale.
- Continuous Improvement: You look out for inefficiencies in the current processes and regularly suggest ways in which we can improve.
What We're Looking For
- Program and product: Intimate understanding of the HH program and workflows to be able support continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Internal tools: Possess knowledge of or willingness to learn how to use internal tools (Admin panel, Helpscout, Mode/Tableau, Google sheets/docs etc.) to be able to complete daily tasks and assist others.
- Collaboration: Able to collaborate effectively with physical therapists, internal stakeholders, and leadership during projects or when resolving issues/problems.
- Resourceful: Adept at finding creative solutions to problems, shares learnings with the team and creates resources to continuously level up the team as a whole.
- Takes Initiative: Can proactively assess situations and determine an action plan of how to address the situation accordingly. Takes appropriate action promptly and leads by example.
- Time management: Effective at managing their own time. Understands how timeliness of their actions impacts the team, cross collaboration efforts, and the business.
