As a Real Estate Analyst, you will support the fast-growing & ever-changing LAC region! You will interact within important functions such as Project Management, Facilities, Transactions, Technology, Sustainability, Lease Administration & the various M&A business Teams. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a seamless experience for internal stakeholders working within Mastercard's offices and to facilitate communications, policy implementations, and ensure processes are followed with key internal and external stakeholders. • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with internal stakeholders & cross-functional business teams communicating and presenting the status of goals and objectives on an ongoing basis• Monitor & ensure timely processing of tax payments and rent roll due as applicable to the assigned real estate portfolio• Travel to real estate locations, leadership meetings, and internal meetings on an as needed basis• Control expenses, and enhance value on retained real estate assets & leased sites • Maintain relationships with all Property Managers on all assigned leased properties to ensure optimal operations and ensure work order charges are audited monthly• Work with Real Estate Leadership to ensure the best possible value on acquisitions and dispositions is obtained• Obtain and maintain industry designations applicable to this position, fulfilling ongoing mandatory education and training requirements as necessary• Prioritize and delegate projects to appropriate support resources and oversee ongoing progress• Adhere to internal policies and procedures
