Allbirds is looking for a talented, high level Contract Recruiter to partner with our team to continuously develop a robust pipeline of high level prospective candidates. Additionally, you will collaborate to help build a successful sourcing strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow their skill set and work with different candidate profiles as we recruit across all departments at Allbirds.This role has the option of being Part-Time or Full-Time to support our broader plan to create an increasingly inclusive hiring program.

What does the job entail?

  • Effectively manage full cycle recruiting for multiple Director level + openings and candidates during high volume periods.
  • Work in partnership with the recruiting team to develop a comprehensive pipeline and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, culture add and salary requirements.
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension and negotiation.
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to the recruiting team and hiring managers.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • Must be located in the following states: CA, CO, IL, MA, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, GA, WA, or in Washington DC
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, recruitment agency or similar.
  • Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting strategies.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work at high volume of requisitions
