Join our community! We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate, and data-driven Recruiter to join our team. This position will ensure that the Bungalow recruiting function is creating exceptional candidate experiences, building a strong pipeline of top talent, and supporting our growing headcount needs. We are seeking a candidate that can bring a balance of creativity, focus, and determination to our team. A desire to provide the highest level of service to our internal leadership and external candidates as well as a research-driven approach to recruiting are key requirements of this position.

What you'll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles on various teams within Bungalow (G&A and Tech) - you'll devise the top-of-funnel strategy, drive searches, and run point on offers and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, contributing your expertise on the market, interview best practices, and effective recruiting processes to ensure we have a world-class talent function.
- Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.
- Post job descriptions in various LinkedIn groups, user groups, and job boards and continually search for creative ways to find talent.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with Bungalow hiring managers to ensure all candidates leave our interviews feeling inspired, supported, and informed.
- Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to build search strategy and build a trusting relationship with Bungalow leadership and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally.
- Produce ad hoc recruiting reports.
- Participate in recruiting events.
Who you are:
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting, including Recruiting Coordination and Sourcing
- Product or Tech recruitment/sourcing experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multitask - we move quickly!
- You take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently and quickly with candidates and Bungalow hiring managers
- You are results-driven and always eager to get things done, but never at the cost of a thoughtful or strategic approach
- You use data to inform your priorities and actions
- Process-obsessed and interested in implementing best practices and innovative ideas to solve organizational challenges, with the follow-through to ensure such initiatives succeed
- You are effective, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication
- You are insatiably curious and a lifelong learner, always seeking to improve your craft and to learn everything there is to know about Bungalow, the teams you partner with, and your candidates
- Proficiency in Google products and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred)
- Experience in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other web-based recruiting services
