The Recruiting Analytics Team is focused on leveraging data to uncover insights to help Plaid attract, engage, and convert the world’s best talent. As the second team member of the Recruiting Analytics team, you will help create the vision and build the future of Plaid’s recruiting reporting & analysis foundation from the ground up.
This role will be responsible for identifying business needs, understanding current state systems, constructing actionable reporting, and building analyses to inform business, recruiting, and people decisions. What Excites You
- Leading the design, development and execution of Plaid’s Recruiting Analytics strategy across all stages of the candidate lifecycle to ensure alignment with our business goals and measure the ROI of our recruiting initiatives
- Designing and constructing reports/analyses that are easy to understand across all levels of the organization
- Emphasis on converting reporting/analyses to actionable insights
- Configure necessary tools to establish a reporting schema to ensure key stakeholders have the metrics and insights they need to make the right business decisions
- Build and manage the Recruiting technology roadmap, owning all updates and ensuring our systems scale efficiently with our growth
- Partner effectively with our Business Operations, Finance, People Analytics, and other teams to ensure data security and compliance
- Wearing multiple hats to support large scale initiatives
What Excites Us
- 5+ years experience in Finance, Recruiting/People Analytics, or Workforce Planning at a global tech company
- Fluent understanding of SQL with hands-on practical experience
- Strong experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Mode/Periscope/Tableau
- Track record of scaling reports in large organizations
- Very close eye to data accuracy and ability to identify and implement solutions to data challenges
- Ability to produce timely deliverables and lead multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build strong partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex reports/analyses in a clear and concise manner across a variety of audiences from our leaders to our employees
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree is required
