The following locations are approved as remote work for this position: San Diego, CA; Tampa and Orlando, FL, Atlanta, GA. All other locations are not in consideration for this role at this time.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Call Center environment, metric driven role, constant monitoring on performance.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify churches and nonprofits for the Pushpay platform of tools.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must make at least 70 cold outbound calls to potential customers a day.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prospecting 5-10 accounts a day and maintaining a healthy pipeline.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Have meaningful conversations with our prospects to understand the challenges they face engaging their community.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Delve into prospect needs through value-based discovery and effectively articulate the unique value proposition of Pushpay.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Use best-in- class software like Salesforce and Outreach.io to build pipeline and manage follow-ups.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Blueprint accounts and update them with 3 accurate contacts along with phone and email.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Invite church leaders to webinars, events, and other educational experiences.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
</ul>
What You'll Bring
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree).</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent communication and great listening skills including the ability to ask thoughtful questions in order to have meaningful conversations with our prospects to understand the challenges they face engaging their community.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Able to connect business needs to solutions. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Positivity and resilience with your team and customers.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong communication skills - written and verbal.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong computer skills, proficient on; Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Salesforce.</li>
