Moogsoft is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect, curate lead lists, cold-call and manage the early phases of the sales cycle. First and foremost, you are smart, adaptable, driven, and coachable. You will partner with Strategic and Corporate Account Executives, Growth, and Marketing to generate demand and qualify inbound lead candidates. Previous sales experience is preferred and strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are a must. You are passionate about the customer experience and get motivated by hitting goals and driving pipeline for the organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from inbound marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Outbound to target prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Be the initial face and voice of Moogsoft to our prospective customers
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customer and Account Executives
  • Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with quota.
  • Highly energetic and motivated; strong persuasive attitude.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task a variety of communication methods (phone, email, social media) while staying keenly focused on attaining quota objectives and keeping hyper-organized.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with G-Suite & Sales Engagement tools (e.g. Outreach)
  • Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
