Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both potential and existing customers.

  • Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their business needs.

  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and customer feedback.

  • Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the SaaS space.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or a related sales role (1-3 years).

  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales cycle.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
