What We’re Looking For:

As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a driven and process oriented Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to help bring ESports to everyone! This role will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of Skillz and is a hybrid of traditional jobs in sales enablement,  planning, sales operations, training, and business analytics. 

What You Will Do:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess sales enablement programs
  • Create and provide effective onboarding programs for all roles on the Sales team 
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Content, Game Design, UA, Legal, Product and Finance teams 
  • Manage Sales Enablement Tools and Best Practices 
  • Measure and report on sales enablement program success. 

Your Skillz:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred  
  • Salesforce experience required 
  • Desired certifications
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Self-Starter with the ability to identify organization challenges and champion for solutions
