Responsibilities:
HouseCanary is looking for an experienced Sales / GTM Enablement Leader who can roll up their sleeves in a role that is both leading strategy and executing in a fast paced startup environment. Someone who can both create a 4 quarter roadmap for our enablement function and collaborate with others to co-create and deliver highly engaging training / enablement. This role will support not just Sales but also supporting functions Customer Success, Solution Architects, SDR, & Operations. Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing and Product to build comprehensive content and collateral to support and ensure Sales and Customer Success productivity. The individual ideally has 8 - 15 years of prior experience in all aspects of enablement from new hire onboarding, new product introductions, creating curriculum, & delivering training with credibility, influence, and impact. This position reports to our VP of Revenue Operations.
Prior experience within the Real Estate industry or Data / Analytics is desired but not required. Experience in Enablement across Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Channel Sales is preferred. Prior experience having implemented a sales methodology is preferred. We are also looking for prior experience in having rolled out enablement / L&D tools.

You want to contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the Customer & Revenue Leadership Team.
- You have strong communication skills
You possess excellent communication skills and are able to influence others. You are articulate and can command a room of sales professionals. You think like a Coach to the Sales Organization shining a light on not just what they know they should do but you bring forward advanced techniques (what they don’t know….they don’t know) that support them in becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
- You continuously improve:
You know that any training/enablement does not end when the Sales Reps log off or leave the kickoff. You work to get post-mortem feedback on what worked well and what can be improved. You give and solicit feedback from teammates in order to continually raise our bar. You then adjust and refine your enablement efforts for the next batch of new hires, the next sales kickoff, or the next new product introduction. You leverage those learnings into a “drumbeat” calendar where the key messages and techniques are reinforced throughout the year.
