This is a high-visibility individual-contributor role for someone equally comfortable inside a semantic model and in front of leadership. As the go-to owner of Security Usage Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to define what counts as usage, publish and iterate the reports the field depends on, and clear the governance, access, and data-quality blockers that sit between telemetry and action. You will partner across Product Group, Marketing, Finance, Business Architecture, and Compensation to make security usage a reliable, compensable source of truth.

Candidates who live within 50 miles of Microsoft's Redmond campus will be required to work in the office 3 days per week.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

•    Run a structured field escalation process, partnering with engineering and data teams to resolve systemic issues and drive down time-to-fix for data defects.
•    Host recurring reporting clinics and office hours that accelerate field readiness and keep metric interpretation consistent across teams.
Governance, Access, and Compliance
•    Establish and maintain a governance framework for fiscal-year and compensable metrics, including access controls, attestation.
