<p>As a Senior Analytics Lead within the Analytics, Insights, & Measurement (AIM) team at Fetch, you will be instrumental in driving analytic support and insights across the designated sub-vertical. Reporting to a Director, Analytics, Insights, and Measurement, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Retail/Restaurants Insights, and client support to take ownership of analytic processes and become the go-to Analytics contact for Sales counterparts and contribute to Platform Intelligence projects that shape and inform broader company strategy.</p>
<p><strong>Scope of Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analytic Leadership:</li>
<ul>
<li>Take ownership as the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for all partners within a designated sub-vertical.</li>
<li>Act as the primary Analytics contact for Sales VPs, requiring little oversight from the Analytics Director and Senior Director.</li>
<li>Support your team and effectively manage the capacity of your peers to ensure deadlines are met and projects are properly prioritized.</li>
</ul>
<li>Client Support and Insights:</li>
<ul>
<li>Utilize extensive knowledge of Fetch's offerings to impact partner performance positively.</li>
<li>Independently manage senior-level partner questions, demonstrating a high level of expertise in Restaurant/Retail data and insights.</li>
<li>Lead analytic engagement during client calls, showcasing experience in client interaction, objection handling, and problem resolution.</li>
</ul>
<li>Data Manipulation and Storytelling:</li>
<ul>
<li>Manipulate data effectively using SQL, ensuring accurate and insightful analysis.</li>
<li>Craft compelling narratives and insights, effectively communicating analytic findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that leads to clear recommendations and proposed next steps.</li>
</ul>
<li>Strategic Platform Intelligence:</li>
<ul>
<li>Lead strategic initiatives on Platform Intelligence projects, providing valuable insights and shaping the direction of analytics across the organization.</li>
<li>Represent AIM in discussions related to new product offerings and business model updates, ensuring alignment with analytics goals.</li>
</ul>
<li>Influence and Representation:</li>
<ul>
<li>Influence Sales verticals to run campaigns better suited to hitting partner KPIs, driving strategic alignment.</li>
<li>Collaborate in crafting narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing valuable insights into Fetch performance.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years experience in Retail/Restaurants, Insights, and client support.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading and managing analytic engagements with sales teams.</li>
<li>Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.</li>
<li>Exceptional storytelling abilities.</li>
<li>Strategic thinking with the ability to independently manage senior-level inquiries.</li>
<li>Experience representing analytics teams in cross-functional settings.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $<span data-sheets-root="1" data-sheets-value="{"1":2,"2":"142,000-165,000"}" data-sheets-userformat="{"2":515,"3":{"1":0},"4":{"1":2,"2":11982760},"12":0}">142,000-$165,000</span>.
