<p>Wing is looking for a<strong> Senior Counsel </strong>to join our <strong>Legal Team</strong> based in <strong>Palo Alto, CA</strong>. As Commercial Counsel at Wing, you'll tackle exciting legal challenges at the forefront of drone delivery services. You'll collaborate with teams across the company to shape innovative solutions and work with cutting-edge aviation technology as you streamline processes and shape Wing's future.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive strategic, high-impact legal initiatives, setting direction for complex projects and influencing company-wide decision-making. Provide leadership and expertise to facilitate cross-team collaboration and implement solutions for complex legal challenges.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement of Wing’s agreements and legal processes, centralizing and standardizing procurement work across Wing.</li>
<li>Review, draft, and negotiate diverse agreements (inbound services, SaaS, software licenses, sponsorships, etc.) ensuring alignment with Wing's policies and risk parameters</li>
<li>Advise internal clients on legal risks, complex agreements, approval processes, company policies, intellectual property, and strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with US and international laws surrounding privacy, data protection, employment, and intellectual property.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Need: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor or equivalent</li>
<li>Admission to at least one US state bar</li>
<li>12+ years of relevant experience with subject matter expertise in contract creation and negotiation and commercial procurement</li>
<li>Collaborative team player with strong project management and interpersonal communication skills for independent and group projects</li>
<li>Resourceful problem-solver with strong business acumen</li>
<li>Compelling communicator across written, verbal, and presentation formats</li>
<li>Proficient in financial and workplace technology, including project management and team collaboration software</li>
<li>Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and terms and conditions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus: </strong></p>

<li>Experience with hardware and software and automating operations</li>
<li>Passion or interest in aviation</li>
