The Opportunity:


We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated Sr. FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. You will help drive results with strong financial acumen, technical/analytical capabilities and collaboration with your business partners. Due to the high-growth nature of our business, the duties and responsibilities of this position will evolve over time, so we are looking for someone who has the capacity and desire to grow with the position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with multiple departments and business units to create annual plans, forecasts and manage KPI metrics and analysis.
  • Identify and optimize underlying business drivers with a variety of functional and executive leadership.
  • Build and improve upon detailed financial models, as well as ad hoc financial analysis and projects. 
  • Work side by side with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to drive process improvements and streamline operations
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, tackle multiple projects, and efficiently execute deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a finance, consulting, or accounting role
  • Excellent financial modeling and data scrubbing/analysis skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, including accounting operations, processes, risks and controls
  • Self-starter who regularly takes initiative and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating creativity and judgment while prioritizing to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment
  • An intellectually curious and analytical mind, a drive to understand how things work and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely your findings to decision makers
  • A drive to continuously learn and evolve in your role
  • Being able to prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in FinTech, technology or financial services industries
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, PowerBI or SQL
  • Experience using financial systems like NetSuite, Hyperion, or Workday
  • History of working remotely
  • Experience directly supporting business partners
