Senior Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an Intelligence Analyst to collect, synthesize, and analyze multi-source operational intelligence to support strategic and tactical decision-making for defense and national security programs. This role will produce finished analytical products that inform leadership, program managers, and operational teams on threats, risks, and mission-relevant developments.

The ideal candidate brings a rigorous analytical mindset, strong writing skills, and experience operating within intelligence community or defense program environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze open-source, structured, and classified intelligence data to produce timely and actionable analytical assessments

• Monitor and track adversarial activities, operational environments, and emerging threats relevant to assigned mission areas

• Produce written intelligence products including situational reports, threat assessments, and executive briefings

• Maintain and update intelligence databases, collection plans, and source tracking documentation

• Brief leadership, program managers, and operational customers on key intelligence findings and evolving situations

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and mission planning teams to integrate intelligence into operational planning

• Identify capability and collection gaps and recommend solutions to improve intelligence coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field

• 3+ years of analytical experience within defense, intelligence community, or government program environments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise analytical products under time pressure

• Ability to work with classified and unclassified information and apply analytical tradecraft standards

• Experience with intelligence databases and analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Active U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)

• Formal intelligence analysis training (DIA, CIA, NSA tradecraft courses, or military intelligence MOS/AFSC)

• Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), or all-source fusion analysis
