In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain a vast array of corporate systems and applications necessary to power our continued success. What you will do:

  • Solve big problems to help the company automate, scale, and mature.
  • Own the IAM framework to implement “One-click provisioning”
  • Own a portfolio of endpoint management tools (JAMF Pro, Workspace One, Oomnitza, MDM) to streamline and automate the complete endpoints management lifecycle
  • Maintain Windows Active Directory
  • Manage a portfolio of SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Sophos Cloud, Netskope, CloudFlare, and many others
  • Design and document operational procedures and systems architectures.
  • Work closely with our information security and compliance departments to keep our data safe.
  • Participate in the long-term strategy and planning for security, technical architecture, and operations at a rapidly growing company.

What you need for this role:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to provide exceptional service to customers, and develop others on the team
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to share and absorb skills and information to create a stronger, more knowledgeable, and capable team
  • Expert knowledge managing macOS, Windows endpoints and servers, and mobile devices via JAMF Pro and Workspace ONE (or alike)
  • Experience automating IAM between HRM, Active Directory, Okta, SaaS Apps
  • Scripting Bash, PowerShell
  • Experience managing AWS infrastructure
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk or equivalent issue management systems

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Assist managing network infrastructure including Palo Alto firewalls and VPN, Meraki LAN and WLAN
  • Experience managing LAN, WAN and WAP devices
  • Comfortable with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 and general health care industry controls
  • CCNA, MCSE, CCA, AWS, JAMF certified preferred
