The Role:
Minted is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Learning and Development Specialist to support the growth and success of our employees. You will play a critical role in managing our various learning and development courses and onboarding programs, ensuring our employees continuously grow and advance their skills and knowledge.

You Will:
- Redesign Minted's company onboarding, ensuring that new employees are set up to embrace our core values and to exceed at their roles
- Oversee our various corporate learning & development courses, bundling them into a coherent learning framework to promote vibrant careers
- Ensure that our managers are well-equipped to be effective people managers
- Establish partnerships with outside universities and vendors to support Minted's commitment to lifelong learning and development
- Partner closely with Minted's HR business partners and leaders about individual department learning needs
- Collaborate with our Customer Operations L&D Manager to ensure that the entire company’s learning frameworks are in sync and elevated
- Continuously assess the success of our development plans and help our employees make the most of the learning opportunities available to them

- A creative problem solver and critical thinker, with the ability to resolve issues independently, or escalate when needed
- Extremely empathetic, energetic, and passionate about representing the Minted brand in a professional and positive manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; sharp business acumen
You Have:
- 4+ years of proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar with current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with curriculum development, instructional design, and learning experiences (responsive preferred)
- Experience with G-Suite / MS Office, Monday or Trello, and familiarity with different Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Experience with working in fast-paced environments and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong sense of urgency and good judgement for when urgency is required
- Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
