<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">The Twitch Ad Products team's goal is to help streamers earn money by connecting them with brands they authentically endorse and offering the best ad experiences for their communities. As a Sr. Product Manager on the Ad Products team, you will own the vision and roadmap for launching new products that meet advertisers' full funnel objectives. You will partner with teams in Amazon Ads to bring seamless shopping experiences to Twitch, across both media and creator sponsorships, reporting to the Director of Ad Products.</p>
<p>You can work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; or Remote.</p>
<h3><strong>You Will:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Ship ad products that expand our ability to meet advertisers' objectives and help our streamers earn more.</li>
<li>Build our product roadmap to expand a full-funnel offering.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teams at Twitch and Amazon to elevate our overall advertising experience.</li>
<li>Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, revenue and engineering investments.</li>
<li>Own your launches by partnering with engineering, marketing and other teams to maximize the outcomes of your team's work.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>You Have:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager</li>
<li>Experience working on performance ad products.</li>
<li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives</li>
<li>Experience defining 1-2 year product strategies, and working on associated roadmaps.</li>
<li>You are a tireless advocate of the needs of our customers - both our creators and customers.</li>
<li>You understand when and how to use product analytics and product experiments.</li>
<li>You can translate your product ideas into expected impact.</li>
