Join our community! We are looking for a user-centric senior product manager who is passionate about our mission and our customers. In this role, you’ll be focused on driving user growth by defining the product strategy and roadmap and owning key optimizations through all stages of the customer lifecycle. You will spend the time to understand our customer’s needs, delve into the data to understand behaviors and sharpen their instincts to anticipate non-obvious opportunities that will change the trajectory of our product.


In this role, you will also work with designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and other team members within the organization to ensure that our product reaches customers and provides a remarkable, delightful experience. Your job will include identifying growth levers for the product, building new experiences where needed, and iterating and taking risks to drive long-term success. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, works well cross-functionally and has an owner’s mentality.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products for our customers
  • Build the growth backlog, experimentation process, and strategic vision
  • Hypothesize, develop, measure and iterate while leveraging insights to inform product direction
  • Influence key stakeholders throughout Bungalow to align intent, resources, and prioritization
  • Partner closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to drive user traffic to Bungalow surfaces and optimize communications across key customer touch-points
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, operations, and marketing in delivering products quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality

Challenges you'll solve:

  • How do we reduce the time it takes for residents to find their perfect home? How can we be the best product for residents in the market?
  • How do we optimize the funnel experience through innovative products like roommate chat, self-guided tours, shared group applications, and more?
  • How do we create happy homes by crafting an amazing resident experience?
  • How do we make moving in and moving out experience magical?
  • How do we effectively service residents by managing and supporting requests, communications, collecting rent, and more?

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Track record of successfully launching and growing consumer software products and services with a team of cross functional partners
  • Beyond just launching new products, you are passionate about continuous product and process improvement and can optimize for managing a portfolio of small, medium and large releases
  • Experience designing intuitive products based on qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Strong analytical skills, competence in SQL, and experience with tools for doing data analysis
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Nice to have: Growth experience working on SEO, SEM, Paid Growth, Lifecycle Marketing projects
