We’re looking for a strategic, user-centric, data-driven Senior Product Manager to help lead and build world-class products for the patients, providers and clients of our Women’s Health brand, Nurx. The ideal candidate will have a strong D2C product background, motivation and proven ability to rapidly deliver results at scale through product practices like experimentation, design sprints and cross-functional collaboration. You will get to build a deep understanding of our patients and internal users, including medical providers, customer experience team members, and pharmacy partners, as well as the data that represents how users engage with our products. In addition, you stay up to date on the competitive landscape and the ever changing space of healthcare technology. **Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
What you get to do every day
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, extrapolating viability within a range of constraints coming from business partners, data, marketing, finance, and legal to deliver solutions that bring value with measured results to the patient experience </li>
<li>Establish shared product vision and roadmap, conduct competitive analysis, create effective product briefs, build alignment across product lines and functions, define success metrics</li>
<li>Scope MVPs for hypotheses supported by qualitative and quantitative insights, work with engineers to estimate roadmap timelines, define milestones, and allocate resources accordingly</li>
<li>Coordinate with Product Managers, Data, CX, Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product experimentation, rollout, communication, and adoption</li>
<li>Own delivery for complex initiatives, and communicate progress and outcomes to various levels of the organization</li>
<li>Establish metrics to measure the impact of the product area and regularly monitor the product’s performance against those metrics</li>
<li>Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to experimentation to launch, and from launch to end of life</li>
<li>Mentor junior product managers and help them develop their skills</li>

</ul>
What you bring to the role 
<ul>
<li>5+ years of user and outcomes focused product management experience</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field</li>
<li>Proven experience leading complex initiatives through the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, balancing big picture approach with day-to-day product direction </li>
<li>Demonstrated experience driving product vision, impact, design discussions, and developing new experiences & technologies at scale</li>
<li>Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous and agile environment</li>
<li>Proven ability collaborating with engineers, product designers and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Passion to improve healthcare by building innovative products at scale</li>
