Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partners to deliver a seamless and immersive experience for our customers. This role will involve working with Scrum teams and taking ownership of key verticals of the Moogsoft Observability Cloud product.

You Will...

• Develop and establish mid-long term product roadmaps that are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and users
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, support, sales, and customers to define requirements and the vision
• Work with both technical and non-technical teams to drive delivery
• Focus on product development in both a technical and business sense

You Have...

• 5+ years within a Product Management function.
• Engineering background and/or advanced knowledge of CS engineering
• Experience building a SaaS platform
• Knowledge of application performance management / unified logging / observability and monitoring / incident management / AIOps
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams
• Cloud / SaaS experience
• Experience in an Agile environment
