About us:
In today’s software-centric economy, speed is everything. The pressure to deliver more, faster, falls squarely on development teams. Sauce Labs accelerates software development by removing testing as a bottleneck. Our automated testing cloud ensures that the web and mobile applications people use everyday work flawlessly on any browser or device.
Before Sauce, testing took too long, it was tedious and expensive to maintain, and it took focus off of innovation and shifted it to annoying infrastructure issues. With Sauce, innovators accelerate their software development cycles, improve quality, deploy with confidence and reduce costs. We call that automated testing. But you’ll probably just call it awesome.
The Role:
Product Managers at Sauce Labs are the backbone of product strategy. Passionate about our mission to speed application development through continuous testing, Product Managers work across the organization and directly with customers to define the strategies that will make Sauce Labs an invaluable solution for all organizations.
We work in a nascent space where the most advanced software teams thrive. With little precedent to follow, we rely on application telemetry, customer feedback, and market and technology trends to succeed in this rapidly changing market. Our customers are some of the world’s most well known brands who create applications and services for millions of users. They expect innovative and high performance solutions from us, and hitting this mark is the lifeblood of successful Product Managers at Sauce Labs.
Delivering functional experiences today in a competitive market is not enough for end users. They expect a visually pleasing experience that is delightful to engage and come back to.
In your first assignment, you will be responsible to define, measure and implement a market-leading visual testing solution. It should be a unified, functional and delightful experience for Sauce users. You will own the evolution and improvement of the product set via rapid trials, measurement and data assessment, and correction. You will need to consolidate and prioritize customer and market-leading requirements with internal development. You will need to facilitate ongoing and frequent customer validation and feature deployment processes to ensure successful product launch.

- Provide business-impact oriented decision making and priorities, based on data and OKRs
