We are looking for a highly talented, driven, and self-motivated marketing professional who can articulate Rescale’s vision, technologies, products and values to the market and the customers, and can concisely communicate complex solutions for key customer pain points and challenges in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. The Senior PMM will have the ability to define, craft and deliver clear marketing messaging on both technical product and solutions and on strategic market and industry thought leadership levels.

At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy that positions Rescale in the cloud high-performance computing (HPC) marketplace.
  • Create high-impact messaging, marketing collateral and content, sales assets and tools (e.g., TCO/ROI) to be used by Rescale marketing, demand generation, campaigns, sales and partner teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, content marketing, product management, sales and other teams to build alignment and be accountable for the effectiveness of content in achieving higher number of leads and close rate.
  • Own and lead marketing messaging, positioning and content and collateral creation for both sales and partner engagement. Define and track KPIs to demonstrate the effectiveness of sales assets.
  • Provide support to Sale Enablement and Partner Enablement, deliver sales training, customer and partner webinars, and maintain content hub for sales and customers.
  • Performance A/B testing on messaging and executive /C-level communications; analyze marketing data to show performance and effectiveness of messaging.
  • Build persona-based messaging battlecards and sales scripts for ADR/BDR team
  • Develop industry vertical messaging for Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing and Life Science.
  • Collect customer and sales inputs, feedback, requirements to product and marketing team and refine GTM strategy and plan.
  • Develop market and competitive intelligence, acting as thought leaders and SME (subject matter expert) for the Cloud HPC industry
  • Assist analyst and PR engagement by providing thought leadership messaging and content.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven product marketing experience ideally related to cloud services, cloud computing, enterprise / B2B SaaS 
  • Experience in creating messaging, positioning, marketing collateral content, sales assets to be used by Sales, Demand generation and Partner teams
  • Experience in building use cases and heatmap for general market and for industry verticals
  • Experience in defining and creating key value propositions, and build sales presentation, battlecards, whitepapers, e-books, solution briefs, customer case studies
  • Experience in defining and executing GTM plan and lead product launch
  • Cross-functional communication skills and some experience in working with product, engineering, sales, SE, demand generation, content marketing, event, PR and AR
  • General understanding of demand generation and campaign process and programs
  • Analytical mindset, analyzing, interpreting and summarizing data with insights
  • Technical- and business-benefit underding of prevailing and emerging computing technologies , on-prem and cloud spaces
  • “Think outside the box” and problem-solving mindset

  • Manager: Henry Fan, Director Product Marketing. Henry has led Product Marketing and Product organizations at Automation Anywhere, SanDisk, Trend Micro, and Cisco. He holds an MBA from Duke and is excited to lead Rescale’s Product Marketing organization! 
  • Team: You will work closely with our Chief Product Officer (Edward Hsu) and SVP of Global Sales (Matt McKee) to ensure cross-functional alignment on our GTM strategy.
