TuneIn is looking for a thoughtful, thorough, and creative Senior Talent Sourcer to support and partner with our Recruiting team to help scale our departments across our company. This is not a full lifecycle recruiting position -- primary responsibilities will be developing reach-out campaigns, and sending outbound messages to a diverse group of passive candidates that are well qualified for our open positions, and adding long-lasting value to TuneIn. What You Will Do

  • Participate in sourcing methodology and strategy sessions with assigned recruiters(s) from which you’ll create unique and dynamic methods to research, build, and maintain consistent talent pipelines for specified searches.
  • Continually improve and customize reach-out campaigns (email, InMail) and promote the highest level of candidate experience with every interaction.
  • Identify, engage and activate passive candidates. Once interested candidates respond, you’ll schedule, and transition them to your recruiting partner(s) for the initial interviews.
  • Track, measure and document sourcing approaches on searches, and collaborate with the recruiting team on progresses and opportunities.
  • Research, study and attend training on the latest sourcing best practices (especially pertaining to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) as well as new tools.
  • Be proactive in reviewing sourcing analytics, and make recommendations on search parameters, target companies, and operational tactics via real-time observations.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of work experience as a talent sourcer, with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a position where the majority of your time (50%+) was dedicated to sourcing, inclusive of technical positions (software engineering, product, data science, DevOps or closely related)
  • Experience working in-house within a recruiting/People Ops team and sourcing for positions directly for your internal business partners
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and measure data to identify trends and performance against established goals.
  • Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to source for a variety of different functional areas, and screen resumes/profiles to quickly identify holistic fit
  • Well-versed with LinkedIn Recruiter, and the use of Boolean search operators
  • Current tech industry knowledge, with the ability to understand relevant skills, companies, conferences, and communities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and EQ, paired with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Consumer product company sourcing experience is a plus
  • Experience with Gem, Lever is a plus
