<p>The Procurement Tech team is responsible for building systems and technologies to improve the accuracy, coverage and management of procured freight cost. In turn, our technologies will help improve our profitability and delight our customers. We leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLM) to build cutting-edge solutions. We are looking for a Sr. TPM who will own and drive the critical programs and help launch our innovative solutions into production.&nbsp;</p>
<h2><strong>You will:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Engineering, Product and Business stakeholders to orchestrate the delivery of key initiatives</li>
<li>Define and influence engineering solutions and roadmap</li>
<li>Build and manage program plans, Jira dashboards, measure and track programs from concept to delivery.</li>
<li>Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, drive roadmap alignment to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, and remove program blockers</li>
<li>Manage stakeholder expectations and communications</li>
<li>Facilitate ongoing discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution. Determine people, process or technical solutions to address issues</li>
<li>Dive deep into data and systems to help resolve technical impediments</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>You should have:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of technical program management experience</li>
<li>Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient in agile processes and program management methodologies</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technology architecture concepts, software &amp; product development methodologies</li>
<li>Be data and metrics driven</li>
<li>Able to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
