As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for placing product orders, managing inventory, packing and shipping orders, tracking shipments, and assisting with product-related inquiries. You will work with a team to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate records of shipping documents.

During a typical day, you will:
<ul>
<li>Place products orders with various manufacturers for a vast product and accessory portfolio</li>
<li>Organize and manage inventory stock</li>
<li>Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner, labor intensive</li>
<li>Manage the tracking of products orders to assure products arrive on time to the correct location</li>
<li>Be the product expert in our team; available to answer all product-related questions</li>
<li>Communicate with team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers</li>
<li>Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages</li>
<li>Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including the filing of documents, physically and electronically</li>

Your Profile:

<li>Organized & detail oriented</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy loads (50 lbs)</li>
<li>Familiarity working with Microsoft products</li>
<li>Team player attitude</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Background in logistics is a plus!</li>
