About the Role:
Demandbase is seeking creative, highly motivated, enthusiastic engineer individuals to be part of our product development team. You will work in a fast paced agile environment to build and deliver key features of the application. Our technology stack is primarily in Java/Javascript and while experience with these languages is great, it's not a necessity. InsideView engineering focuses on fundamentals, not the tools/languages that you already know.
What you'l be doing:

<li style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct technical training in the department apart from mentoring and guiding the team members</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintaining and upgrading existing software</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of projects</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Design and implement highly scalable features which help Demandbase Integrations Platform to handle large volumes of customer data</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Work with experienced Architects in ways to improve the architecture using latest technologies and libraries along with AWS Cloud Products</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with Product Management to understand customer needs and convert them into technical solutions</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with Global Teams to develop/scale/maintain Demandbase Integrations Platform</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Develop unit tests and participate in creation of automated tests alongside testing team to continuously improve test coverage and software reliability</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to organization standards and best practices, along with automation improvements in our CI/CD pipeline</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Improving the performance of the software</li>

<h3>What we are looking for</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">7+ years of experience preferably in software product companies</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">3+ years of experience in designing & developing scalable web applications</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Keen interest to learn new skill sets and ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong knowledge of REST APIs and robust Microservices Architecture</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with any NoSQL Database</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Cloud Infrastructure related environments - AWS/GCP</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience designing large distributed systems</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong knowledge about Java 11+/Scala, any DBMS</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Good knowledge on testing frameworks - JUnit, Mockito, Test-Driven Development (TDD)</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Good experience in integrating quality in the development process</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, design patterns and Object-oriented programming concepts</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with others in small, high-performance teams</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant/equivalent technical discipline</li>
</ul>
