As a member of our Enterprise Customer Success Team, the Strategic CS Executive- Jumbo Accounts position focuses on current clients with 80K or more covered lives. SCSE is responsible for building trusted strategic partner relationships within an account by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and bringing expertise and thought leadership to solve critical business issues. This role contributes to profitable sales growth, expanding Omada’s footprint, ensuring profitable delivery and influencing the client's strategy to help drive high performance and continuous innovation. SCSE is expected to lead a book of accounts strategically and autonomously with support and oversight from Omada leadership. The SCSE works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.  This position requires an in-depth knowledge and proven track record of success of internal/field sales, marketing, business processes, as well as Salesforce.

About you: 

8-10+ years of overall work experience, with at least 6+ years working in or with a high touch CS environment and with Enterprise customers (preferably in a Healthcare environment)

  • Ambitious, hardworking leader with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Data Analytics and/or Data Science exposure
  • Proven experience in exceeding commercial goals and quotas
  • Design Thinking and Innovation experience
  • Experience in building out a new function or operation
